Jennifer Ozer

I am Jennifer L. Ozer of the Ozer Law Firm, a small practice focused on the individual needs and goals of each client.

After moving to Savannah in 2010 I worked as an associate attorney at a larger criminal defense firm where I gained invaluable knowledge and experience both in and out of the courtroom.

In 2015 I opened my own firm with the desire to work closely with my clients and build personal relationships in order to provide them with the best possible defense in each of their cases. I truly care about the outcome of my client’s cases and am dedicated to protecting your rights, your freedom and getting you through this difficult time.

I pride myself on providing a compassionate yet aggressive defense. I am an attorney who is accessible, honest, and most importantly I am empathetic to the situation you are facing.  Being charged with a crime is incredibly frightening. Your liberties and rights are at stake. There are a number of emotions you go through from the time of the arrest until your case is resolved. Even after your case is resolved you need to know you can contact your attorney with any lingering questions you may have. I am here for you every step of the way.  Each client should know that as their attorney, they can trust me to be in their corner, examining every defense and making every effort to weaken the Government’s case against them.

I do not tell my clients what they want to hear but rather what they NEED to hear. I provide a straightforward assessment and give honest advice on what my client can do to strengthen their own case as well, be it completing a DUI risk reduction program, community service hours, or a drug/alcohol evaluation with any treatment recommended. It is always up to my clients to decide how they want to handle their cases however I do offer my legal opinion on what is best as well as what options are available going forward.
