DUI

Our client was accused of DUI Drugs after being pulled over for a taillight violation. This client suffered from anxiety and explained to the arresting Officer she was just nervous. Upon reviewing the discovery and getting her blood results back it was clear she was under the influence of no substances other than her prescription medication, and the charge was dismissed.

Battery

Our Client was accused of a simple battery charge under the family violence act. This left him at risk of losing custody of his children, losing his marriage and his right to ever carry a firearm. After reviewing the evidence and talking with the alleged victim in the case, we were able to negotiate an outright dismissal of the charge with the State.

DUI

In March 2026, got a DUI case dismissed by the State after reviewing the body cam footage and arguing that the Trooper's police report was full of inconsistencies. Allowed my client to keep his CDL and his job.

Probation Violation

Our client was accused of violating his probation when he failed a random drug screen. We were able to file an immediate motion for bond and argue on his behalf to release him back onto probation and continue with the treatment he was currently in. The Judge agreed and our client was released that day.

DUI

When a Client came to us after being pulled over for a taillight out and then later charged with DUI, we were able to get the DUI dismissed by showing there was no evidence to support the police’s accusation that he was a less safe driver.

Probation Violation

When a Client was accused of violating his probation by allegedly picking up new charges, our Firm was not only able to get him a bond and get him out of Jail, but also was able to prove his new charges were not supported by any real facts that could convict him, and get the new case thrown out as well.
